Important: By registering an account and/or using the IPLBet App platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the IPLBet App website located at iplbet-app.com and all associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by IPLBet Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company licensed under the laws of Curaçao.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and IPLBet Digital Ltd. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you accept these Terms unconditionally.
2. Eligibility
To use IPLBet App you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
- Be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you
- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited
- Not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of IPLBet Digital Ltd or any of its affiliates
By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are satisfied. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
3. Account Registration
3.1 You may only hold one account on IPLBet App. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Any change to your personal details must be reported to us promptly via our support channels.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 We reserve the right to close any account that we suspect to be fraudulent, linked to another account, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
4.1 We are required to verify the identity of all users as part of our licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance.
4.2 You will be required to provide one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
- Proof of payment method (screenshot of UPI ID, bank account statement)
4.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until full KYC verification is complete. We reserve the right to withhold funds from unverified accounts.
5. Deposits
5.1 Minimum deposit: ₹100 via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or Google Pay. ₹500 via NetBanking.
5.2 All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
5.3 We do not accept cash deposits. All transactions must be made electronically.
5.4 Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside our control.
5.5 We reserve the right to reject deposits that appear to originate from suspicious or fraudulent sources.
6. Withdrawals
6.1 Minimum withdrawal: ₹500. Maximum single withdrawal: ₹2,00,000 (subject to daily and weekly limits).
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible (same-method policy).
6.3 Processing times: UPI — 15–60 minutes; Bank transfer — 1–24 hours; Other methods — up to 48 hours.
6.4 We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of our AML procedures.
6.5 Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
7. Betting Rules
7.1 All bets are accepted subject to availability of markets and our right to set maximum stake limits on any market.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the user.
7.3 In the event of a void match (no result, abandoned match), bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in specific market rules.
7.4 We reserve the right to void bets placed on markets where odds were published in error (palpable error).
7.5 If a match is abandoned and fewer than 5 overs are bowled in the team batting second's innings, all bets will be void unless a result has been determined under the relevant competition's rules.
7.6 Maximum payout per single bet: ₹50,00,000. Winnings above this threshold will be paid in instalments at our discretion.
8. Bonuses and Promotions
8.1 All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:
- Welcome bonus: 100% match up to ₹10,000 — 5x wagering requirement on IPL markets within 30 days
- Only real-money bets count towards wagering requirements; free bet returns do not count
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met
- Multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or abuse of promotions will result in bonus revocation
8.2 We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
9. Responsible Gambling
9.1 We are committed to responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session limits, self-exclusion and reality checks.
9.2 If you wish to self-exclude from the Platform, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.

10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
- Use of automated bots, scripts or software to place bets
- Collusion, match-fixing or any form of cheating
- Opening multiple accounts or sharing accounts
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Exploiting software errors or technical glitches
- Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Placing bets on markets you have access to inside information about
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IPLBet Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, opportunity, or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
11.2 We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
11.3 Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of IPLBet Digital Ltd and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written consent.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
